NOTE TO ADOPT SELLING ACCOUNTS:

If you are a primarily or exclusively adoptable-selling account and you "Advertise" to me by favoriting my existing character references, I am going to assume you are a thief, and block you. If you "Cold call" me by asking if I want to buy any of your adopts, no matter how much I might like them I will block you on principle. Let me know you have adopts, sure, but do not ask me to buy them. If you advertise to me in any way and I read your TOS and find that your TOS and my purchase preferences line up in a way that is not reconcilable (namely that your rules do not let me do whatever I want with the design I have purchased (not including commercial use or transferring the design into Closed Species) I will block you so that you don't have to worry about purchasing from you.

Furthermore: If your TOS is an "instant accept on purchase" AND in any way includes "Design may be revoked for failure to comply with the TOS" do us both a favor and block me. You legally cannot enforce that unless you can prove that the buyer did see and agree to that TOS. If you want to protect your IP and designs, do the actual legal legwork.
